Join us for a cheesy dinner with The Village Cheese Shop and cheesemaker Joe Burns of Fayette Creamery (a.k.a The Raclette Sandwich Guy) at TosaFest, presented by Refined & Co. We will be serving a cheese, potato and cornichon dish prepared right in front of you in a huge open-air skillet. This traditional tartiflette dish will be served straight from the pan with a green salad, Rocket Baby baguette and your choice of wine or beer to pair.
