TosaFest Map & Parking, Sept. 11-12, 2026

Parking:
There are 5 FREE public parking lots available for TosaFest totaling more than 600 spaces within a five-minute walk of the center of the Village.

Free parking options include:
The Harts Mills lot, 86 spots. This lot is located on Harwood Ave. south of the train tracks. Access TosaFest via the pedestrian footbridge just north of the lot. (This lot will not be accessible on Saturday morning due to the Tosa Farmer’s Market.)
The Harmonee Bridge lot, 142 spots. Access this lot via Harwood Ave. south of the train tracks. To enter the lot, drive across the train tracks just east of the Little Red Store. TosaFest is a quick walk over the pedestrian footbridge near the lot entrance.
Public parking garage at 74th and State Street, FREE, 82 spots. From State Street, head north on 74th to the garage entrance.
Hart Park, 300+ spots. Ample parking is usually available at Hart Park. This includes 147 spots in the parking lane between the train tracks and football stadium/tennis courts (to access the parking lane, head south on 72nd Street from State Street and take a right immediately after the train tracks). To get from Hart Park to TosaFest, take the pedestrian footbridge at the western end of the parking lane, then cross the train tracks and take another footbridge into the Village.
The Wauwatosa Avenue United Methodist Church parking lot, located at 1600 Underwood Ave., will be available to the public during TosaFest.
• Residential street parking is available just outside of the Village.

Free residential street parking is also available on streets surrounding the event.

Roads will be closed in the Village for TosaFest starting on Friday, Sept. 11, at 10 a.m., and going through Sunday, Sept. 13, at noon.
Road closures include:
• State St. from Harmonee Ave. to 74th Street
• Underwood Ave. between State St. and Harmonee Ave.
• Harwood Ave. between State St. and Wauwatosa Ave.
• Harwood Ave. from Wauwatosa Ave. to just past Anodyne Coffee, 7471 Harwood Ave.
