A traditional European cheese event! The Village Cheese Shop is partnering with cheesemaker Joe Burns of Fayette Creamery (a.k.a The Raclette Sandwich Guy of the Tosa Holiday Market and elsewhere) for a cheesy event. We’ll be cooking up tartiflette with Joe’s new cheese PAVE HENRI. Tartiflette is a traditional French dish made of potatoes and Alpine cheese, prepared in a huge open-air skillet, served hot and melty and topped with cornichon. Guests will be served tartiflette straight from the pan with a side salad, Rocket Baby baguette and a wine or beer to pair. Enjoy the meal at RESERVED seating under the Underwood Tent while listening to folk trio Valley Fox from the Wire & Vice Stage. Seating is limited to 50, so don’t delay!
